With Thanksgiving around the corner and Christmas and New Years not far behind, we have officially entered foodie season!

But, before you indulge, now is as good as time as ever to begin thinking about how the food we eat (and the seasonings we put on it) can cause inflammation in our bodies.

Summary: There’s a five-alarm fire sounding these days about inflammation, and with good reason. Heart disease, cancer, Alzheimer’s, and acne are just some of the possible consequences of too much inflammation in the body.
