I love learning. I believe the more we know, the more we grow into the best versions of ourselves. So, I am so excited about this article on exercises and nutritional tips for each decade of the adult lifespan.
Whether you are 20 or 80, there are specific exercises for each of us to do to make sure that we can keep our energy levels high (as possible), maintain our strength, and promote muscle growth.
Summary: Until we develop the ability to travel back in time, we have to accept the fact that we can't stop the aging process. Research suggests that the most effective way to minimize the effects of aging is through regular exercise and healthy lifestyle behaviors.
