Muscles Monday: How Much Sleep Should We Really Be Getting?

Happy Friday!

I'm writing this post at my London layover. I am waiting for my flight to Nairobi, Kenya for my two and a half week mission trip. I am so excited!

But, I definitely wanted to make sure I left you with another helpful tip as we go into the weekend.

And this weeks topic is really important: sleep!

Summary:  Most of us experience it at some time in our lives – lying awake worrying about being awake to the point we can’t actually get back to sleep. But are we thinking about sleep in all the wrong ways? The evidence suggests we are.
