Leading the Charge
Nicole offers 15+ years of experience working at the intersection of strategic communications, social innovation, and advocacy. She's worked with nonprofits and companies like the NAACP, The Urban League of Philadelphia, the Greater Economy League of Philadelphia, PECO, and SHIFT Capital. She also has worked with girls, youth-centered, and community-based nonprofits like the National Black Women's Justice Institute, The Law Enforcement Juvenile Justice Institute, and the YMCA. Nicole has a deep commitment to community and team building to drive social change. She has curated team-building experiences for companies nationwide, including Gaudenzia and Seawall, and was awarded the Well City Challenge Grand Prize for her digital platform and community - Hey Auntie!. Nicole holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts from Smith College.
